Really good selection of everything here! Great food, great cakes and great coffee. The location is big and spacious but still feels comfy!
Child and dog friendly cafe, who give consideration to environmental sustainabilty. Menu is healthy and wholesome, but still filling and comforting. Often come here when visiting friends nearby, service is quick and friendly, and food is better than most cafs.
Pre day out brunch with friends and I love that they cater for a gluten free diet. The pancakes were amazing and service was good. It's now a regular haunt if I'm in the vicinity but sometimes tricky to park as it's in the middle of a busy housing estate where the MOD staff nearby use the estate to park.
I have been here an hour and a half, the food has just arrived, I should have asked for them to simply fry my leg to keep me warm, we sat outside waiting for the first hour, it was cold, unforgiving , much like the service . I was also not given a knife , cutting through bacon with a fork was a challenging ordeal , almost as bad as the time I had to talk to my sister about music. Drill it turns out is almost as poorly done as the kitchen . Having said this the food was very much welcome, it could be the starved stomach talking or perhaps the voices in my head and the screams , the terrible screams, but it was good food.
Nice food is great if it doesn't arrive over an hour after it's ordered and mostly cold. and Decent coffee would be fine if it didn't also show up lukewarm. They need more staff and the service is awful on busy days when it generally gets quite mucky with mud and leftover food. Quite expensive as well. Used to come regularly but after last experience will never come back and will go anywhere else.
