Love this shop. Great variety and good value. Staff are very grumpy.

It's so big I couldn't find what I wanted and had to search for staff to ask which were thin on the ground. Would be great to have more signs hanging from the ceiling so you can find your way round. The staff we're very helpful

Sell painting and decorating supplies much cheaper than B&Q. Unfortunately there are a number of products sold here that are emptied from the box to prevent theft, some staff know which they must replenish from behind the checkout. Other staff do not and you risk getting home to find you have been charged 14.99 for an EMPTY cardboard box. Has cafe with toilet facilities. Disabled parking and access but no wheelchairs or shopmobility products are provided in store. Wide range of lighting, pet supplies, (try the poundstretcher next door for some cheaper pet products) the Range also sell paint, kitchenware and accessories stationery.

Went on a Saturday evening, it wasn't to busy. Originally went to get Christmas Money Wallets and came out with a basket full of things. They have almost everything in there, lots of bargains and good quality items.

I used to enjoy coming to this shop the only thing that I didn't like was how the aisles were slightly too small but since visiting yesterday I have decided that I will no longer be returning. There were loads of staff on, but none of them were friendly, welcoming, helpful and none of them had any customer service skills at all!I know it's coming up to Christmas but that does not mean simple manners go out the window because there is loads more work to do.Halfway through my horrendous shopping experience my family and I sat in the cafe and decided to get some lunch. My mother who ordered at the counter asked if the lady who was called Gaby behind the counter was serving, she responded "I'm actually cleaning at the moment". I've worked in customer service for years and I was taken aback. Her job is to take people's orders, cleaning comes second when there is no one around! My sister just ordered a water, this came in a plastic cup, she had to go up and ask for another because there was dirt on the inside of the cup, someone working alongside Gaby just tipped out the water and refilled the same dirty cup! Also, I had to use the baby change as I had my son with me and If there was no other family members with me I would have struggled, there's no toilet in the baby change so I needed to use the female loos, but where would I have put my son and his pram? The baby change itself was unsafe, no straps on the unit to secure baby in place, the bin was half way across the room so hard to reach and make sure baby didn't roll off the unit and there was no soap! Overall, as said before I will not be returning. I hope the manager or at least someone higher sorts this out. It could be so much better if the staff sorted themselves out.
