Overall it wasnt a good service. The agents are polite and friendly however the are uninformed, unorganised, slow and poorly trained. We constantly had to chase answers to questions, that ultimately were the wrong answers anyway. Measurements were totally wrong and could have cost us greatly if we bought furniture to fit. No arrangements with the landlords for keys, an inventory or smoke alarms. Finally, there was a feeling of deceiving behaviour to begin with, our offer was rejected for a higher one aparently but then a day later accepted because as the other party pulled out. Didnt feel geniune from the conversations and all in all i would not reccommend this company.UPDATE: If things couldnt have gone worse, They have now put us forward to switch energy companies to one they have a contract with which we did not concent too, the set up and process is underway and our current energy provider have is closing our account. Complete miss use of data!
Straightforward process renting a property through Allen & Harris. Much better experience than I have had with other estate agents.
I got off to a bit of a rocky start with the branch, but once addressed they were brilliant. Kate, the branch manager worked with us whilst purchasing a house through them. Very friendly and helpful. Always returned my calls and helped with things that weren't even her job to help with. A big thank you to Kate for everything. We have been in our house for 4 weeks now and couldn't be happier.
We are relocating to Bristol and needed to buy a house. From the initial booking for viewings, to the viewing itself, negotiations and then to the final sales memorandum, the whole process only took around 2.5 weeks! We were very impressed by the dedication and satisfied with the overall experience from A&H in Stoke Gilford. We particularly want to thank Jessica, Katie and the branch manager Kate! We are selling and buying through Allen & Harris Stoke Gifford. We viewed a house we loved but hadnt got ours on the market so time was of the essence, A&H sold ours within 3 weeks to ensure we secured the property we wanted (despite other bids being made).
