Ruined mine and my kids new year because the bus I had to catch was literally 2 seconds slower. I made it to the platform on time, but he refused me entry EVENTHOUGH the door was open. Might have been a little decision to you mate, but you don't realise what you have done to me and my family.

Wow! Angry older gentleman with grey/white hair was so rude when I was trying to find out how much longer it was going to take for the bus to leave. When I re-addresses that I was just asking he backed off a bit. Whats happened to our lovely country? Ive only been gone 5 minutes! I remember British staff were by far reliably friendly. I wanted to make a formal complaint but there are no options to do that so I hope this review makes someone cheer up their staff!
Located half an hour from Cheltenham & 10 minutes from Bristol Temple Meades. Has a small newsagents, Upper Crust sandwich shop & coffee shop downstairs. There is a lift available from the ground floor.
Well located station, easy to get to. Good size carpark with reasonable prices.
